My work is built on a strong foundation of personal life experience as a wife and mother who has balanced her career as a registered nurse and passion for sharing the benefits of yoga within the community. Having personally made successful life changes in work-life balance, stress management, career transitions, weight management and other health-related conditions, I bring integrity, authenticity, and a joyful passion to this process.
